The first session was inaugurated under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Eng. Hussein Arnous, with the participation of the Ministers of Administrative Development, Public Works, Housing, Oil, Mineral Resources and Electricity, and the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
