President al-Assad issues a decree that includes the model system for job motivation for workers in public agencies

Today, President Bashar al-Assad issued Decree No. 252 containing the model system for job motivation for workers in public entities, which aims to set standards and controls for granting incentives, bonuses, and rewards according to the type of activity in public entities, in order to achieve raising the level of productivity for public entities, and linking increased income to raising performance rates.

And justice by unifying the percentages of incentives granted to groups of similar activities in public entities, maintaining quality human resources and skills, and attracting and localizing qualified human resources.
This decree came on the basis of Legislative Decree No. /18/ to issue a model system for job motivation and to define the foundations, rules and limits for granting and withholding incentives, bonuses and rewards, and the procedures for issuing their own systems.
