Syrian Army deals with a terrorist attack in Sweida countryside

The Syrian Arab Army Units confronted attempts to attack terrorist groups on border points in the eastern Sweida countryside.
A military source said that in the past few hours, army units have engaged in violent clashes with terrorist groups that attacked military points on the Syrian-Jordanian border in the eastern Sweida countryside.
The source pointed out that the clashes ended with the failure of the attack “after the terrorist groups had heavy losses of personnel and equipment.”
On the 11th of this month, the Syrian Arab Army units established full control over of more than 30 km of the total border with Jordan in the eastern Sweida countryside where border guards installed points at all the border posts in the area.
