Army Command: Army air defense confronts Israeli missile attack on military position in Damascus Countryside

General Command of the Army and the Armed Forces said that the Israeli enemy on Wednesday morning fired several missiles from inside the Lebanese territories on one of the Syrian military positions in Damascus Countryside, adding that the army air defense intercepted the missiles and destroyed most of them.

The Command expressed the armed forces’ readiness to confront any attack and to foil it and to continue the war against terrorism till eliminating it and restoring security and stability to all the Syrian territories.

The Command held Israel fully responsible for the dangerous repercussions of its repeated and uncalculated hostile adventures.
