Five children injured in terrorist shelling attack in Daraa

Five children were injured due to a rocket shell fired by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on al-Mattar neighborhood in Daraa City.

A local source said that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists positioned in Daraa al-Balad area on Friday targeted al-Mattar neighborhood with a rocket shell which fell in the surroundings of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) center in the area, injuring five children (2 to 10 years of age).

A source at SARC’s center said that the shell fell nearby the center where a group of children were playing, causing the injury of five of them, one of whom is in critical condition, adding that other children received needed medical care before being transported to the National Hospital of Daraa.
