Moscow: Terrorists preparing to use chlorine-based toxic substances against civilians in Idleb

Russian Defense Ministry said that terrorists are preparing to use chlorine-based toxic substances against civilians in Idleb.

The Ministry added that terrorists kidnapped 22 children along with their relatives from Aleppo countryside and a group of orphans to use them in the chemical attack play.
