President al-Assad issues legislative decree No. 31 for 2020 that amends some articles of the military service law

President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued legislative decree No. 31 for 2020 that amends some articles of legislative decree No. 30 dated May 3rd, 2007 on the military service law.

The decree amended some articles related to paying compensations for those who didn’t join the military service and reside outside the county in an Arab or foreign state.
