President al-Assad issues law exempting outstanding loans granted by National Project Fund to move to modern irrigation from interests, delay penalties

President Bashar al-Assad on Monday issued the law No. /24/ for the year 2020 which stipulates for exempting the outstanding loans granted by the National Project Fund to move to the modern irrigation through the Cooperative Agricultural Bank from the contract interests, and the delay penalties and interests on the date this law comes into force.
